New Jersey Devils To Participate in 2024 Prospects Challenge

The New Jersey Devils will again participate in the 2024 Prospects Challenge, which the Buffalo Sabres host. All games will be played at the KeyBank Rink at LECOM Harborcenter.

The 2024 Prospect Challenges will occur from Friday, September 13th, through Monday, September 16th. Fans can watch the tournament on the Devils website and their social media channels. Devils Radio Network play-by-play broadcaster Matt Loughlin and colour analyst Sam Kasan will provide commentary.

According to the Devils, those prospects expected to participate on the roster are defensemen Seamus Casey, Topias Vilen and Mikeal Diotte and forwards Josh Filmon, Chase Stillman, Cam Squires and Dylan Wendt.

The schedule for the Devils is as follows:

In Game 1, the New Jersey Devils prospects will face the Ottawa Senators prospects on Friday, September 13th, at 3:30 p.m.

Game 2 will see the New Jersey Devils prospects face the Buffalo Sabres prospects on Saturday at 7 pm. Before the Devils and Sabres get underway, Buffalo will host a fan fest and hockey fest.

The New Jersey Devils prospects close the tournament against the Boston Bruins prospects on Monday, September 16th at 10 am.

The 2024 Prospects Challenge teams include the Devils, Sabres, Senators, Pittsburgh Penguins, Ottawa Senators, and Columbus Blue Jackets.

This will be the ninth year of the tournament, which began in 2015. New Jersey has been involved every year.
